This event was created for family fun and to benefit the needs of others. Since the Llano River is very pristine and healthy, it is our intention to help it stay that way. Therefore we encourage the low impact nature of kayaking on this river. It is a way to enjoy the sites, sounds and history of our area while leaving small footprints.

The river has many moods and can be dangerous during heavy rains, always be sure to check the weather and the water before you get in!
